Returns, Exchange and Store Credit


Please include your Purchase Order Number with your message of concern, with the following:

  • Contact with your concerns.
  • Indicate which option(s) as stated in Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits, you would like us to consider.



Refunds can and will only be offered within 5 business days of receiving your purchase(s) if the product(s) we sent you were damaged in the process of mail delivery to you.

We do NOT offer refunds for the following:

  • Changing your mind upon receiving your product(s). *Please refer to exchanges for this issue.
  • Damaging the product(s) through improper use or regular wear and tear.
  • If you damage the product(s) upon receiving it.

However, if the following product(s) sent to you were damaged per receiving the product(s), we can do a full refund of the individual product(s):

  • Jewellery
  • Posters/Prints
  • Per-built paper crafts
  • * OR if you choose, we can also send you a new one free of charge with no refund on the product(s).
  • DISCLAIMER: Honesty is our best policy. We require time-stamped photograph(s) of the damaged items within 5 business days of receiving the product(s).



Exchanges are to be used for the following cases and applies to 10 business days within receiving your purchase(s).

If we sent you the wrong product(s), we’ll be more than happy to correct our mistake by sending you the right one OR if you change your mind on any sizes/designs/colors, please send it back to us and we will be glad to give you your new product(s) with the listed exchange options:

  • We only send out your new order once we have received the original order.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you exchange a product(s) for another product(s) with a lower price point, we can offer you a store credit. *Please refer to Store Credits.



Store Credits are offered for the following:

  • If you have exchanged items and have an outstanding balance, we will credit you for the next purchase(s).
  • There are no expiry date(s) on your Store Credit(s).
